Celia Duffy is Director of Academic Development at the Conservatoire. Career experience ranges from lecturing in music at Goldsmiths, University of London to commercial software design and project management and new applications of C&IT in higher education. As Head of Research at the Conservatoire, she founded the National Centre for Research in the Performing Arts, and led the team responsible for development and management of research, consultancy and knowledge exchange activities. Celia is currently leading the Conservatoire’s Curriculum Reform, an ambitious project aiming to re-define the contemporary conservatoire learning experience and re-position the Conservatoire’s offer. Celia is a Creative Director of the Innovative Conservatoire.
